The security deposit at Revolve Apartments is $300 and can be as much as one full month of rent plus $300. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the applicant profile, lease terms, and any available deposit alternatives.
At move-in, residents are responsible for the security deposit, prorated rent, and prorated monthly fees, which may include washer and dryer rental, internet, parking, pest control, taxes, damage waiver, and other applicable charges. At the time of application, there is a $45 application fee per adult and a $250 administrative fee.
Applicable fees include a $250 administrative fee, $60 monthly Xfinity internet fee, $35 monthly CAM fee, $30 monthly parking fee, $8.50 monthly pest control fee, $11.17 monthly courtesy patrol fee, $45 monthly washer and dryer fee, and other applicable utility and service fees. Applicants can complete the online application by selecting an available apartment, providing identification, proof of income, and any required documentation, authorizing background and credit screening, and submitting the applicable application fees.
Application approvals are typically completed the same day, provided all required documentation has been received and background and credit screening have been successfully completed. Processing times may vary.
If an application is denied and the applicant earns at least two times the monthly rent, they may apply through OneApp Guarantee, which serves as an approved lease guarantor. If the application is denied, the $250 administrative fee is refundable.
Applicants must earn at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, provide proof of income, present a valid government-issued photo ID, and successfully complete background and credit screening.

Maintenance & Emergency Requests

Maintenance response times depend on the type of request, service priority, parts availability, and scheduling. Emergency maintenance issues are prioritized, while routine requests are completed as promptly as possible.
Emergency maintenance is available after normal business hours by calling (801) 556-3672 and following the prompts for emergency service. The emergency maintenance line should be used only for qualifying after-hours maintenance issues.
Emergency maintenance issues generally include active flooding, significant plumbing leaks, loss of essential utilities where applicable, fire-related hazards, or other conditions that threaten resident safety or could cause significant property damage. Residents should contact the emergency maintenance line for qualifying emergencies.
Revolve Apartments provides preventive maintenance services, including scheduled HVAC filter replacements. The community also performs ongoing pest control inspections, inspecting approximately 12 apartments each week, along with preventive pest treatments as needed.
Move-In & Move-Out
Before move-in, each apartment home at Revolve Apartments is professionally cleaned and prepared for occupancy. New residents also receive helpful move-in information, including payment instructions, important contact numbers, and an apartment inventory checklist.
Every apartment home is professionally cleaned before move-in as part of the standard make-ready process to help ensure the home is ready for its new resident.
Residents are provided with a move-in inventory checklist to document the condition of the apartment and return it to the leasing office after move-in.
Residents are required to provide a 60-day written notice before moving out. A forwarding address must also be provided when returning apartment keys to help facilitate the final account reconciliation and security deposit processing.
Security deposit refunds are processed according to the lease agreement and applicable law after any applicable deductions for cleaning, damages, unpaid balances, or other lease-related charges.
Residents receive a move-in inventory checklist to complete and return after moving in.
To help maximize the security deposit refund, residents should return the apartment in accordance with the lease requirements. Standard move-out charges include apartment cleaning and replacement of drip pans where applicable.
